Yes, creating a student account is completely free. You only pay the coach for each session.
We pre-authorize the session fee at the time of booking and only process the payment to the coach after the session.
If your coach cancels the session, you won’t be charged. You can either rebook another session or receive a full refund.
Make the cancellation on the application immediately. If the cancellation is made before the session starts, you will receive training credits equal to the full session duration. If the lesson is already ongoing, the payment will be prorated based on the completed time. If 75% or more of the session has been completed, the session will be considered fully completed and full payment will be made for the class.
Credits can only be used with the coach you purchased the package from. This ensures accurate tracking and session management between you and your coach.
If students cancel
